SISU say they may "get out of town" next week

There was nothing to hack! All the players they sold they bought in the first place. We have no ground, we are only a name. They have brought costs down, which is what this football club needed to do. Our wage bill was 125% of revenue when we got relegated! There was unbelievable waste...

SISU can make money on Coventry City liquidating.....

Maybe he should join the Trust then? ;)

No need to be concerned. I'm sure he won't really slap me around the head.

Nah, he doesn't work for ACL. He works with me! I have to be careful just in case he decides to give me a slap!

SISU say they may "get out of town" next week

Which is why I find the anti-SISU vehemence so baffling. If people want SISU to go then the Club needs to be attractive to other investors and at the moment it's not.

"They"? I think you mean "we".

SISU say they may "get out of town" next week

Found one of the letters to Mutton, not written by Jan, I hasten to add: I am concerned by recent reports that Coventry City FC are currently in negotiations with the owners of the Ricoh Arena with a veiw to buy a share in AC. ,As a Coventry City supporter and a Coventry Council Taxpayer I am...

SISU say they may "get out of town" next week

Apologies if I've tarred you with the same brush as others. There was a thread where people on here were writing to Mutton asking him not to sell to SISU, I thought you were one of them. As I said, apologies if I was incorrect.

SISU say they may "get out of town" next week

Mmm...if you ran a poll on here with "Which side is Jan on? ACL or SISU", I think 100% would tick the ACL box. It's about being independent and wanting the best for the Club. You certainly don't come across as independent and not wanting our current custodians to get a slice of the stadium...

Couldn't agree more, which has always been my beef with the Trust, who certainly aren't independent.

You're constantly banging on about SISU walking away, etc. That's rubbish. You even admitted the other week you had no evidence and were making it up. "If that means liquidation then so be it." Certainly not like me or any Coventry City fan, I know.

    Allegedly 15 tickets sold .......

I was one of only 16 City supporters once when we played Stoke City at the Victoria Ground in the Full Members' Cup. Mid 80s or so.

    Allegedly 15 tickets sold .......

That's a little unfair. It's a vicious circle really as they have low attendances they probably don't have the money to invest in the team, etc. That means fans don't turn up and so on and so forth.

Joe Murphy is as good as Keiren Westwood...

Agree, wasted talent. However, I think Westwood knew the score when he left and was well aware he'd probably spend the foreseeable future on the bench. Westwood is like many players; too good for our level but not good enough for the top level. I'm sure he'll end up somewhere back in the...

And for that I'm thankful. Murph all the way for me. Loyalty is an admirable quality.

YEs, that's right. The factory was by the bridge. That little bridge used to terrify me when I was learning to drive as I was rubbish at hill starts. Flats on it now.
