    Tims latest missif

Seems fairly polite to me. There's now things that have been requested by other organisations in addition to the club that Wasps & CSF have not provided. It also seems that some of this information has been passed to the council. To me that raises questions but Fisher seems to have taken the...

    Strengthening with free agents

Was thinking the same. Is there anywhere that shows who is in their last year of contract? Should be looking at players on that list that aren't getting game time.

    SISU / Anderson

So looking at football as a business lets say SISU had 'invested' £500K in this transfer window. Two questions, how could they invest rather than gift given FFP regulations, and also how would they achieve a return on that investment?

Love it, people moaning we aren't signing anyway, make a signing and people moaning about that as well. Lets give him a chance before we all decide he's rubbish.

    If no ground agreement

Well I'm looking forward to this glorious future when we still have all our players on L1 wages but no ground, no academy, no place in the FL, no place anywhere in the pyramid.

Look at the treatment Maddison got last season and Jones is getting this season with no protection whatsoever from the officials.

    If no ground agreement

Correct me if I'm wrong but it wasn't really a bond was it as it wasn't paid up front. It was payable if we didn't return. Good luck trying to get a payment like that out of either a club thats skint or our owners.

    If no ground agreement

The other problem would be it would happen at the FL meeting. By that point it would be way to late to rejoin further down the pyramid.

    If no ground agreement

That would't be hard would it. They were involved in the proposed move to the Butts, had reportedly been shown round and were happy with it moving forward. Then there is public record of the council moving to block it. Anderson publicly stated staying at the Ricoh was an option and negotiations...

Another blow? Had anyone even heard of the bloke before today?

    If no ground agreement

SISU, or Otium I guess as they are the owners, could take the FL to court if the FL expel us from the league. They would no doubt claim that there was no viable option for them to remain in the city and that the FL's actions have cost them a huge amount of money.

    If no ground agreement

Look at the FL accounts. They don't have millions in reserves that they can use to fund a court case even if they know they will win. They've openly stated in the past thats why the fit and proper persons test isn't stricter, they couldn't afford it if anyone challenged it in court.

    Incoming

The Norwich fans don't seem to be happy at all. Odd move for him and its hardly close to Norwich for them to keep an eye on him.

    If no ground agreement

Would they gamble the £1m against potential compensation in the legal action? Is there anyway they could use having to forfeit a bond to strengthen their legal position?

He also said a lot of those players were free agents who were reluctant to commit before the window closes so we could still pick up a couple even if they aren't in today.

    Things that annoy you

I love the way they count down to the window closing and then immediately tell you singings can come through after that anyway.

    Signing imminent then :D

    Bands You'd Forgot About ?

There may be more to that than you think. Pop writers tend to reuse certain progressions, a lot, so that a new song sounds like one you've heard before.
