    Great Moments At CCFC Games

That's right, Stoke away. On the way home we went onto the wrong carriageway and were half way to Manchester before we realised! My mate had just passed his test and we went in an old Hillman Imp.

ANd who can forget having to win the last three games of the season to stay up? I remember the Luton home game and the Everton one. The only time my Mom ever went to see Coventry City.

I seem to remember - unless my mind is playing tricks on me - that I saw us draw 4-4 with Brum on a Sunday. Remember that Norwich game, Gasworks. That was my first real season of going home and away - it was just 10 or so a season before that. Brilliant memories.

Me and me Dad used to wait outside the newsagents with the other old blokes waiting for that black Telegraph van to deliver them on a Saturday night. He used to drop them outside the newsagents door and everyone would take one, then go in next day and pay. Brilliant.

THE RICOH - must have swayed PH4 our way !!!

Lord is spot on though. It shows what the Council treat us, the football club, and highlights the over-inflated price we have to pay for playing at the Ricoh.

I do think SISU take the lion's share of the blame. Yeah, he was obviously wrong blaming it all on the Council but similarly I think those who blame it all on SISU are wide of the mark.

    Maybe a bit early but....

Maybe a bit early, but I have to say I think the football played by Pressley's successor here in 2015 is absolutely rubbish.

Bit odd that considering every Saturday evening we're told on here by the hysterical how "pro" SISU Linnel, Eakin and the BBC are. ;)

I thought the last caller made a bit of sense in a way. Because, it's not all SISUs fault. The Council have to take some blame for our position too. Not the none payment of rent obviously, but the unsustainable amount it was pegged at. ACL are dragging us down just as much as SISU are.

Guess who got the Premier League Job?

Good news for Coventry City. Not necessarily for Gary Hoffman!

    latest statement from Mr Appleton

All this reminds me of the problems with that well known "outdoor" store, Millets. Or Milletts. One firm had one T and one had two. Nothing to do with each other, of course.

Ah yes. When I was trying to "woo" my wife I took her to that game plus Bradford and Rotherham away. How could I fail?

To counter the "shocking" thread. I'll start with the Quinn hat-trick at Highbury first game of the season. Wonderful!
