    Wasps breach agreement with bondholders

Maybe I have misunderstood you. I thought you were saying if Wasps couldn't make it work with 2 teams playing there then nobody could but isn't the problem that as soon as Wasps got through the door they took out £35m of debt? Doesn't that mean they now need to generate much more in order to...

The longer this drags on the more I'm inclined to agree with that view. The best course of action was to get the vote in parliament done ASAP after the referendum. Would have been tricky then for it to be opposed. The longer it drags on and goes into court the more complex things become and...

    Wasps breach agreement with bondholders

Think the key to that would be debt. ACL starting from zero is an easier proposition to make work that loading huge debts against it, in part to pay Wasps owner back.

    Brexit/SISU

Care to enlighten us? The application for Scotland to be heard in the appeal is an attempt to persuade them that all devolved parliaments get a vote on article 50. If that happens then every parliament needs to give their approval. Given you state members of those parliaments must vote in line...

    Ricoh sponsorship

A deal could be front loaded but the sponsor would want something in return so it would probably mean the total they are paying is lower. And of course you can only have the money once so if you have it up front you're just pushing the problem back 12 months.
