Was the article written from a Wasps press release? The headline is how Wasps helped land the world cup and then the article makes no mention of how they did that and it turns out it might not even be a world cup venue!
Looking at the plans there's more land around what the uni are proposing. We could build any additional facilities we need there (when we have owners who actually do something) and share the rest with the uni. That would mean we could have the academy and first team in the same place.
