    New SISU Article.

Exactly. Strict rules need to be put in to place to force every club to live within its means. Its great saying put money in hoping for promotion but if 20 teams have the same plan and 3 go up there's going to be plenty of others getting themselves into a mess.

    New SISU Article.

That's absolutely nothing like what I posted. The author is the article is praising Southampton for their common sense an sound business structure. Yet their success has been based on having an owner prepared to put millions in, millions that the club itself doesn't generate. Take the emotion of...

    Greatest Sportsman ?

Its a points system I think so every time there's a game involving a top player the potential for the no 1 to change exists.

Ricoh - Rugby Legue World Cup article

Was the article written from a Wasps press release? The headline is how Wasps helped land the world cup and then the article makes no mention of how they did that and it turns out it might not even be a world cup venue!

    Academy future, question

Looking at the plans there's more land around what the uni are proposing. We could build any additional facilities we need there (when we have owners who actually do something) and share the rest with the uni. That would mean we could have the academy and first team in the same place. For me...

    Brexit/SISU

Much better if we left it to our own government. Just look at how honourably they behaved earlier in the week when debating interns being paid minimum wage.

    England v Scotland @ Ricoh

That message doesn't seemed to have reached anyone that doesn't read the CT. That must be all the good publicity the council keep telling us the city gets from having Wasps here.

    Academy future, question

That might not be right but I seem to remember when Wasps left and moved to Loftus Road the holding company, which owned Wasps and Loftus Road, purchased the training ground. Think the plan was to do it up and use it as their professional training base. Anyway Wasps ended up in financial...

    England v Scotland @ Ricoh

Saw a couple of posts on my twitter timeline about a game tonight at the Ricoh. Turns out it England v Scotland in a rugby international. Surprisingly judging from the pictures on twitter its far from full and lot of people asking why the game is being played in Coventry and not a rugby city...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

raises an interesting point. should this not be a free vote to allow MPs to vote in line with their constituents?

Training ground in London is owned by Wasps FC so they can't sell that.

33,946,026 didn't vote leave ;) Total mess, rushed into by Cameron without thinking through possible scenarios as he just assumed it would be an easy 'win' for remain.

Great news if true. The less reliance we have on Wasps / CSF the better.

    Wasps finances 2016

Awesome, a choice between a 150% increase or 400% increase. Its also a hugely misleading figure. The more relevant figure would be the net total amount paid to ACL by CCFC.

What on earth was he thinking, thats a proper run up and lamp him. Had something happened between the two before that?
