    January Fire Sales

That's unlikely to happen in reality. Lets say Harries for example turns down a move to Liverpool. Why would Slade then refuse to play him and how would that be of benefit? If he continued to play and got a season or two of appearances under his belt if he's as good as some people think his...

    Cost of Sales

All transfers or just academy graduates?

    Cost of Sales

The academy costs the club £600K a year. To work out if that is value you'd have to look at the average per year that comes in from academy graduate player sales and also put a value on the academy graduates in the first team - are they cheaper in terms of wages / fees than picking up a similar...

How much is needed to pay the lawyers ?

But it won't be £2m up front. That's the problem.

    Trialist

How do they help develop or prolong careers? If they want to see Harries play come and watch him play for us. If they want him to play for them put a bid in. Where do you draw the line. Are you OK with us missing young players from first team games because they've gone to another club for a trial?

    SISU 2016 Accounts

But it would indicate that some through should go in to the form the protest takes. Seems to confirm that things like NOPM or anything that could incur a fine will harm the club but have no impact on SISU.

How much is needed to pay the lawyers ?

Where is this extra few million coming from? How much do you think the players who could be sold are worth in up front fees?

    SISU 2016 Accounts

If they've sold Ryton and the up and coming players who is then going to give them a few million for the club? If there was a potential owner waiting in the wings wouldn't they be saying to SISU keep Ryton and the players and we'll buy the lot? Ryton is valued at £2m if the local plan gets...

How much is needed to pay the lawyers ?

Any debts owed by CCFC can be paid out at any point, assuming we have the money to pay them. However the accounts don't show this happening and something would have to be billed to the club. I'm not sure the auditors would give a pass to a huge bill for legal fees incurred by a third party...

    Trialist

Does this work the other way round. Can we get Messi in on trial to pick us up a few points?

    January Fire Sales

You've given a figure of £10m. Ryton is worth around £2 if the Rugby local plan, which is still in consultation, allows the land to be used for housing. That's months if not years away. So which players are we selling for £8m in up front fees?

    January Fire Sales

Is this the new, if we go into admin SISU will leave. How are they going to pocket the money from transfer fees when they are paid in instalments?

So you're saying that players who are under contract are being forced to sign for other clubs against their will?

Why do fans think CCFC should not be profitable?

Isn't there a club, Chelsea spring to mind but might be, where the trust were given ownership of the pitch but the club, or whatever prop co they have, own the rest of the ground?

    Holding Wasps to Account

But that's the problem. SISU use those tactics and people go mad branding them a disgrace. Wasps do the same and its hailed as good business.

    Holding Wasps to Account

Bet they aren't now, pitch is not in a good state at all.

    Protest groups who's who

I think part of the problem is members, and the public in general, have no clue what that plan is and therefore can't asses its viability. Hence when you have a situation like the one recently where the trust approach the club its hard for anyone to think this is a serious bid. Totally agree...

Careful or you'll be getting a PM about his family of lawyers (allegedly).
