I would like them to put a 5 year limit on moving out of the city and for it to be mandatory and binding with no movement on it. I have zero faith that we won't still be playing at St. Andrews or wherever else for the next 10 years if Sisu are still at the helm.

It's a worry. Will they adhere to this? Or would they be all flaky and allow a further 3-5 year extension after say a 5 year limit was exceeded? Do we honestly haven't trust in the EFL at all? I certainly don't.
