Phone in Tonight - Potentially something "big"

Agreed. It will either be someone who has gone to the media first, which doesn't exactly inspire confidence, or someone SISU have already said no to. If its the later I suppose the idea could be to get fan backing and put pressure on SISU but experience tells us they will likely ignore that.

    Bikers 'roar' through the city

Was just going to say wonder how many vehicles there were that shouldn't have been on the road. Once again a blind eye will be turned no doubt.

Phone in Tonight - Potentially something "big"

If this is someone genuine I hope its nobody that's been involved in the past, we need a fresh start. If its not someone genuine I hope we at least get a free breakfast out of it.

    City of Culture Bid

And that's the bit you include surely? It would only be a few seconds of footage so footage of the cup final or Jimmy's statue would do it.

    Coventry Airport

It is, the plans are essentially still the same as the ones that got called in by the secretary of state and refused except now its split in to two parts and has JLR's name on the application. The railway museum will go as Rowley Road is being altered and a roundabout being put. Then as part of...

    Mark Sampson

Not much by the looks of it. Think its more a case of the FA trying to make it look like they know what they're doing if people read past the headline. First thing to consider is this is nothing to do with his dismissal, another reason for that and according to reports today it looks like he...

    City of Culture Bid

I don't buy that argument. If you went to any other city in the country and asked random people in the street to name a sports team they associate with Coventry the answer would overwhelmingly be Coventry City.

Especially those who were being given one way tickets to places they'd never been too and had no connection with.

    Boddy's Programme Column

Anything that's setup to replace the SCG needs to be genuine supporter representation. Identify what areas you want to cover and get people who want to represent a particular group to put themselves forward. Then have a vote. Then have a set term after which there's another election so if they...

    the club response

Is the stewarding down to the club these days? Know there was talk around the time of the pitch invasions that Wasps were trying to take control of it directly and charge the club a fee rather than the club arrange their own.

    Robins Decision Making

Its worrying that they made changes before Robins did anything when we were chasing the game.

We'll probably get a fine. If we're lucky just a warning.

    points for promotion

We will need in the region of 65-70 goals for promotion. Even if we had 2 forwards who could get 20 each where are the rest coming from? If you take the career average of our 4 most prolific forwards (McNulty, Beavon, Nazon and Biamou) and the same for midfield (Jones, Doyle, Vincentti and...

    What an embarrassment!!

Said the same to someone earlier. We're in the division we are for a reason but that doesn't excuse losing to Accrington Stanley and Forest Green Rovers in a few days. Accrington I could just about take, at least they're at the right end of the table, but tonight was embarrassing. The...

Match Thread Coventry City - Forest Green Rovers Match Thread - Tuesday 17th Oct

Whenever we are 1-0 in a game we spend the last 15 minutes desperately defending an onslaught as the other team goes all out to equalise. Why don't we do the same when we're losing?

    What an embarrassment!!

Can't anyway unless he thinks the answer is a player who has got to this point of the season without being wanted by anyone else.
