The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

I find this amazing, what did they think was going to happen? The EU were never going to make leaving the EU a better option than staying in it. The benefit was supposed to be better deals with non-EU countries but the expectation there seems to have now lowered to replicating what we already have.

Contract extension - 4 Years - Jordan Ponticelli

Good news, hopefully we'll get a couple of decent seasons out of him before he disappears for a decent fee. Wonder how its structured given that now he's not even in the first team but over the course of the contract could become one of our key players.

Hmmm, May now proposing that we keep paying into the EU until we can work out what we want to do. What are the odds that the couple of years being proposed will be extended several times.

Whoes the gay boy in the pink?

Is that so as not to offend people or just to save money? Seasons greetings can cover Christmas and Hanukkah so instead of putting up and taking down two lots of decorations its one.

The original (as in the first England one) was about the meeting Aluko wasn't even at. That was recorded and the recording doesn't match the claim being made. The second claim which she made later (the ebola one) wasn't recorded but nobody else that was present seems able to confirm her...

But that's not why he's been sacked. That matter was investigated, a video of the meeting in question examined and a barrister who came in to carry out the investigation stated that he clearly didn't say what he was accused of. There's got to be something going on in the background we don't...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

This is the key here. If we can't enforce the current laws and regulations then leaving or remaining becomes irrelevant. Increase the minimum wage to a true living wage and sort out workers rights such as how zero hours contracts are abused. That would also help get the benefits bill down. If...

Net immigration has increased since Eastern European countries joined but you have to question why the UK didn't enforce similar rules to other countries to restrict things as many other EU countries did. The easiest way to stop that migration is not to have jobs going, so you need to get those...

That was a proper stitch up. Even the FA admitted what he said was 'a factual, correct statement around the laws of the English game and having third-party ownership'.

You live in a very binary world, everything either seems to be fantastic or terrible. This is, we are told, nothing to do with the bullying allegations. Something just seems off with the whole thing. Put yourself in Sampson's situation. In your old job you were accused of something, it was...

Thats what it sounds like but what does 'There are different allegations about different things which is why we’re talking in the plural, some could be categorised as trivial and some as very serious.', different girls? Seems very odd that this would have been known about, investigated and then...

Shouldn't be playing at all IMO. International cricket in general needs scaling back. There's so much of it nobody views it as an event anymore.

Its the classic Conservative move. Then they get in huge debt because they are having to pay private companies to cover the shortfall and that will all be held up as evidence a public NHS doesn't work and it needs privatisation.

    Appeal granted

We know how much the original lease cost. We know how much ACL, including the original lease, was sold for. We know how much the lease extension was sold for. And we know the valuation of the lease under Wasps ownership. Raises the question why the huge disparity in the numbers and more...

I don't think anyone is saying it is impossible for their to be bullying or racism in womens football. More that its a bit odd that a player who wasn't even present when the alleged offence occurred decided to bring it up 18 months later. And of course the fact that the meeting in question was...

This is just getting weirder. This new stuff is nothing to do with racism or bullying as was being claimed perviously. This is safeguarding which given it concerns a time when he was manager of an U18 side opens a lot of questions. But then if you look at the quote from the FA it makes even less...

They didn't look very happy at the T20. It is a stupid idea. Even if you get away with no rain having all these day night matches when its going to be freezing is bonkers. Wasn't there something a few years back where counties had to bid and pay the ECB to stage internationals. Wonder if this...
