4 people in the queue in front of me all had problems with print at home tickets with barcodes not being recognised.
Either people are trying to get in without valid tickets or the system doesn't work properly.

How long was the deal with Birmingham Council for them to be named Birmingham? The sooner its changed back the better as far as I'm concerned.
