Think SISU would have paid up as a private company would have been completely ruthless back with them from the off. Not just a charity but a council as well who care about the fans

Yes totally agree, however imagine negotiating with them. They would probably actually start at 60 million as they would have inflated it to that by then. With a view if trying to get the 25 million I would guess they have invested in real terms
