    Jutkiewicz joins Burnley

He's one of those players that makes me exclaim "really!?" out loud when he signs for someone. He was a trier and that was being kind.

And then we could deny it's there. I like it.

Enough is enough - Friday is D-day

About as well as suing Northampton Town or rejecting the CVA "to keep Coventry City Football Club playing in Coventry; and to ensure that Coventry City Football Club is financially viable for the next few years and beyond."

Leave to appeal - yes or no ?

Well, there must be hundreds who are "connected" to ACL then....

Enough is enough - Friday is D-day

Why? Because they've dared to question both sides? There's nothing to stop either side from talking. At least the Trust aren't a "one trick pony" like KCiC and don't regurgitate the same message over and over. Some of Michael's mailouts have been embarrassing.

Well, isn't that now down to the FL now that the money is in the escrow account? This is not a "have a go" question, I genuinely don't know if only the FL can release the funds.

Sisu will not drop JR appeal

You're obviously not on the mailing list. Just sayin' there's no reason why both sides can't talk regardless of what has happened in the past. Oh, I'll never use a Nazi analogy.

Sisu will not drop JR appeal

So you're not saying ACL CAN'T do anything you're saying they SHOULDN'T?

Sisu will not drop JR appeal

Where does he say that he'd be happier at Sixfields? We want to come back to the Ricoh and at the end of the day it doesn't matter who has to swallow the most pride.

Sisu will not drop JR appeal

Seems about right. Ccfc shoukd get every penny generated on a match day.

Sisu will not drop JR appeal

Well the government negotiated with the IRA and they were up to more than "silly games". There's no proof either side want to seriously enter talks, is there? Fisher with his spiel and Lucas saying she is happy to talk to the "football club or anyone else". So there is risk all round but if...

    Pride...and anger

It was in an article in the Telegraph. In December 2005 the Club approached ACL asking to renegotiate the rent as the Club could not afford the agreed amount. Not sure what happened and why it the reduction wasn't pursued.

Sisu will not drop JR appeal

No different really from ACL a year ago saying they loved the club, wanted them to stay but then rejecting the CVA. Still, as long as it's sorted out in the end I don't really care who takes who to court.

Don't keep us in suspense, Joy!

The club were also going to plug the shortfall of £20M with a loan from a Portugese bank. The bank pulled out, the Council stepped in. The rest, as they say, is (horrible) history.

    emails to the Football League

No doubt on Jack's "What Constitues A Real Fan" List, emailing the Football League is pretty high. As is using "distressing ACL" in every post.

Don't keep us in suspense, Joy!

Yes, I do think every owner will be the same. People don't invest millions of pounds just for the sake of it. No one is going to take us over if they don't recoup some of their investment. This is why ACL need to look at their whole business model. Even if SISU left by lunch the new lot...

Don't keep us in suspense, Joy!

As I said it's amazing how many people don't want CCFC to benefit from money spent by Coventry City fans at the Ricoh. It's almost as if people are more interested in ACL and the "poor" taxpayers than the club they support. Nah, that can't be true. As for interest charges. They are high...
