    Ray Ranson

Am I missing something here? I assumed everyone would. be against the possibility of Ranson coming back but some of our 'fans groups' are seemingly in favour and think he is blameless, rewriting history as it would all have been great if SISU hadn't interfered.

    Grealish Attacked

Will now have a criminal record, although how much of an issue that will be for him will depend on his line of work. 10 year banning order as well.

    Whiff of Desperation, something happening?

As far as the Telegraph is concerned they can't hide behind staffing levels or decreasing sales when they can dedicate resources to going after SISU but won't have a word said against the council or Wasps.

    Whiff of Desperation, something happening?

Just catching up after a weekend away. What a shambles form JHW, finally the penny has dropped for many. Hopefully the press and the trust now ignore him as well. The worst part is having been called out on it he doesn't back down, doesn't apologise, doesn't even have the courage to defend...

    Ray Ranson

The last thing we need is the likes of Ranson sniffing around again. He has to shoulder a lot of the blame for the mess we're in. SISU would never have considered getting involved in football if it wasn't for him. The role Elliot and Hoffman played in bringing him and SISU here has always been...

    24 Hours in Police Custody

New series tonight and it starts with an extended episode so would guess its something more than a run of the mill case.

    Whiff of Desperation, something happening?

If people read the article rather than just the headline it looks worse on the council as it basically translates to the club saying it needs stadium ownership to survive and the council then selling it to Wasps.

    Wasps downward spiral...

There’s a Wasps fan on twitter getting touchy as our crowd was bigger than theirs. Was pointed out we’re third tier they are top tier in our respective leagues. The response was that no rugby clubs get crowds that big as the sport isn’t popular enough. Why have you moved to a 32K ground then???

why is there so many people on the pitch? Are they trying to bump the attendance up?

    Flask ban at the Ricoh

A rule that every club ignores. Southampton kicked an old chap out for having a half time swig form a hip flask and there was uproar down there. Should get this one in the CT, they’ll soon backtrack.

    Hyam

Sounds serious, his family have posted on Twitter that he’s lucky to be alive. Also said Robins went to the hospital and stayed with him until they got there.

    Sit In Tonight

Indeed they could but I suspect Wasps refuse to talk to football club and forcibly remove fans will generate more press than fans hang around for 30 minutes after a match will. FairPlay to anyone who is doing anything but not sure it will achieve much if it is just a repeat of the last couple...

    Sit In Tonight

Sit in could work. Wasps have a home game tomorrow, if people refused to leave until Wasps agreed to open talks with the club that might do something or at the very least give them a bit of a panic.

    Article by Henry Winter

And that's the part the matters. What SISU had planned is irrelevant to the point being made. The council, ACL, trust, Hoffman, Elliot etc were all getting excited about new owners. Even on here we were discussing who the new owners might be, which Chinese companies it could be funding Bing...

    new statement

Couple of other things from Byng on the facebook group. He has said that in May 2014, he wrote to City Council to ask it confirm that there was any truth in the rumour that Wasps were proposing to buy the lease of the Ricoh and received a written reply from a very senior officer of the Council...

    new statement

There's a big difference between spinning, which is what we are used to with most politicians, and outright lying over an extended period of time. Find it quite surprising that anyone would happily accept being lied to and even having the lier, when caught out, turn round and basically say...
