The last 10 Coventry City managers

Pressley - I really like him, good with youth, has the right "philosophy", but not the backing from those above him. Think we should give him a chance. Robins - Did well, but the way he left was shit Black - Great for the short time he was here, who knows if that had carried on Adams - Liked...

I'm sure you'll do that for yourself.

Not for shmmeee though. The asset comes first. "The rest of your kind", eh? Nice guy.

They did, but they were told that "hell would freeze over" before a deal was done. You're as bad as R-B. Bleating about Sixfields but not a word about YOUR (they are not mine) council selling to a London team. And why do they want the Higgs' share then?

Backhanded compliment. Shouldn't he look good in a good team?

Why, in my humble opinion, SP is not the man to take this club forward.

Is that the Greg Abbott who failed at Carlisle?

Really? Is he that good? I would call him "promising".

So what? There's a lack of professional football in Cornwall, Worcestershire, Warwickshire (!), West Sussex... Shall we move CCFC to one of those counties? That would be fine wouldn't it? Just business. Nature abhors a vacuum, eh?

The sad thing is Wasps have control of the Arena for 250 years thanks to the Council. The same council who wanted to "rebuild trust" with the football club and it's owners.. Anyway, to my question earlier. Would you rather the Arena was owned by a Franchise teams than the team you support...

CCC accepted an offer from a Franchise team; the same offer they turned down by the owners of the local football club. Doesn't make sense to me.

Examples of the same on a range of subjects and opinions on a zillion other threads.

Would you rather the London Wasps' franchise own the Ricoh rather than the club you support? Yes or no?

I'm not Nick obviously, but if I was answering that question I would say yes. Still the best chance of getting rid of them, I think. Also, they own the club whether we like it or not. I'd rather them have it than a Maltese Hedge Fund on behalf of a team from London. At least SISU own our team!

    Time to Go Sisu.

Yes, exactly. Hence, "dodgy owners". Without a stadium of our own and now with Wasps in control then there's a good chance it will happen again.

A measure of lost intrest in CCFC...

I have to say I've never "forgotten".

    Time to Go Sisu.

I could be wrong but I think the point it that with dodgy owners a club who don't own their own stadium are more likely to be transient. Wasps is a fine example.

    Time to Go Sisu.

Maybe. The deal was already being made with Wasps though presumably at that point so SISU wouldn't have got one even if they had asked.
