Maybe their next owner will be someone that views Wasps as a rugby club not a property development company and will move them back to London.

Why will they not sell up

They would have to start a new judicial review but I think there is a time limit so that couldn't be based around the bail out or sale. Additionally 'In mid-April, SISU signed an undertaking to irrevocably cease all proceedings against Wasps relating to the sale and lease of the Ricoh Arena'...

    Ricoh

Its not really been paid off though as they've taken out more debt to pay the original debt. They've gone from owing a £14.4m loan to being over £55m in the hole.

Does Anne Lucas still go to games?

She's doesn't exactly look a picture of health to be fair.

    A different point

The pitch needs ripping up and starting again. That's before the damage the concerts and monster trucks have done. Wouldn't be surprised to see one go down. Not irreversible though.

    Birmingham city fc

If the council were responsible for moving it they'd probably 'accidentally' lose it on the way.

    Could they be still talking

Its a very odd hill to die on when we have repeatedly been told there is zero chance of Wasps / CCC ever being found to be in the wrong. As much as it screws us over it hurts them as well. Either they want us to go bust as they fear the competition or they are genuinely concerned about losing.

"How do I tell my son/daughter they can't go to the match

Was a comment from GVA to the Telegraph. Suspect it is still on their site if you want to search for it. The point I was making was just because a site is over the border doesn't mean it is beyond the reach of CCC's influence.

"How do I tell my son/daughter they can't go to the match

For planning only up to the border but they have a say if it impacts the cities infrastructure. If you recall we were looking at Brandon at one point. CBRE indicated an agreement had been made, the landowner confirmed (without mentioning the football club by name), Rugby council also confirmed...

    England cricket 2019

Think they might need to look at this issue with the ball keep hitting the stumps without the bails coming off. Is happening way too often and only a matter of time before it has a major impact on the result.

    Could they be still talking

There's no way SISU, or any future owner, will indemnify Waspa and the council. That is a completely unrealistic request. There's no way to stop the EC investigation. That is a completely unrealistic request. SISU have already "signed an undertaking to irrevocably cease all proceedings...

"How do I tell my son/daughter they can't go to the match

I struggle to see a way back. It either needs Wasps to do a complete 180 or a new stadium. The council seem to be unwilling to do anything but the absolute minimum required by law when it comes to a new stadium. That means if, and its a huge if, SISU actually are going to build a stadium we...

    Some Boddy Is Furious

It's council owned land. Before you apply for planning permission you would want some indication they are prepared to sell the land. No different to what they did for Wasps. Still, its a bit unreasonable to expect the football club to get similar treatment.

    Some Boddy Is Furious

Its not just you. This is a perfect example of a major issue. Anything that doesn't fit with the desired narrative is pushed aside and forgotten about never to be mentioned again by the local media. That passes through to fans who are having an alternative version of events constantly pushed.

Why will they not sell up

We don't have any of those. You've listed reason someone might want to take over Wasps. How does that make us a better option than other cities? Plenty of one city clubs and plenty of clubs with Premier League history. The player investment needed at CCFC is no different to any other club.

Why will they not sell up

Why would they apply for planning with no indication from the council they will sell the land to the club? Is it too much to ask of the council that the football club gets the same treatment as Wasps. They've given them an option on land for a hotel once planning is approved.

No idea but the current council leader definitely goes to the Ricoh. Shame its not to watch us.
