Think they only own 49%, isn't the rest still owned by Virgin Group (ie Branson).

So you can only borrow £183K. What have we lost, roughly, in ticket revenue for the remaining games? Is that what they're trying to compensate for? Then they hope it all gets sorted over the summer and back to business as usual next season.

    Supermarket shortages

Anyone know what is happening with deliveries, can't find any info online. If you can actually book a slot and get an order in are they picking your order overnight when there's actually stock or is the van going to turn up and you get about three things from your order as everything else was...

Presume you will still owe it and have to pay it at some point. Just they can't kick you out if you can't pay now.

Won't there have to be a wait of months while its tested? They can't just go 'that works' and give it to everyone only to realise 6 months later there's a fatal side effect.

I work in IT support covering companies who have outsourced their support. Could even begin to count the number of conversations I've had with clients over the last few years about setting people up to work remotely but most managers think working remotely equals not doing anything. Strangely...

This is all I'm dealing with at the moment. Trying to talk people through remote access that struggle to login when its just a matter of putting their username and password in when they're at the office. Frustrating as for years we've been advising clients to setup remote working, ironic really...

    Supermarket shortages

Just spoken to my Mum who insisted on going and doing her usual weekly shop at Sainsburys today despite being told not to and that I'd do it for her. Was there at 8am as usual, had to queue to get in and the shelves were empty. She then tried to book click and collect / home delivery to save...

    Wasps downward spiral...

Hows it going to be implemented though. You would hope someone like Wasps can't go we're looking at losing £10m over the next 6 months and have that covered. Won't they look at recent trading and say you were losing that anyway we're not covering it?

They said on the radio earlier today that its been recommended jury trials are paused but no mention of if they were going to actually do it or anything about other trials. You'd have to assume it will be postponed.

    Coronavirus

Was just trying to look something up to confirm if it was in the advice or not, something I saw on twitter. Its not particularly easy to find the guidelines and when you do its not in a clear and simple format. Your average 'man on the street' isn't going to spend 15 mins reading some government...

    Supermarket shortages

Where are people putting everything? When I do a 'big shop' I get a weeks worth of stuff and that's about all have the room to store. Even then I usually make a couple of trips a week to the local shop for the essentials. People's houses must be like distribution centres.

Someone has posted up pictures from Canley Sainsburys in the local Facebook group. Row after row of empty shelves. This has been going on for days and nothing has been done to stop it and now we'll get to the point where the ones who did what they were told and didn't stockpile can't find what...

Says a lot when being able to string a coherent sentence together without sounding like you're making it up as you go along or contradicting yourself immediately has you labelled as a future Prime Minister.

They urgently need to sort out the communication from the government. Just had my Mum on the phone saying not to go round on Sunday for lunch as the government has advised. Checked on BBC site and sure enough it says that. But dig deeper and its actually a reply to a question about grandchildren...

Can't speak for them but I've spoken to two mates who own venues who have both been told by their insurers that they are covered if its government imposed. If anyone feels inclined can they sign this petition. I know most of the times petitions do nothing but it will only take a second. More...
