If ACL went bust mid-season the administrators would be called in and they would need as much income as possible to pay creditors so we'd be fine. If ACL was then sold by the administrator our lease would remain in place.

When is the start of next season?

It will trickle down from the top. UEFA will want European Leagues in sync with each other as usual next season so the Champions League can be played. That will dictate when the PL starts and the EFL will fall in line with that. Just going to have to wait, everyone will be in the same position...

Not seen this mentioned on the thread but its being reported that intelligence agency sources believe he had mental health problems. Also saw a news report where they'd spoken to his neighbours who said he had regular visits from the local mental health team. If it turns out that mental health...

When is the start of next season?

I'd say September at the earliest. Prem is scheduled to finish on 26th July, FA Cup final 1st August and the Champions League runs 7th August to 23rd August. Presume there will then be a break but shorter than normal, they will at least need time to schedule fixtures as normal on the...

Are we have a minutes silence / take the knee / black lives matter instead of names permanently now? We're into the second week of games and they're still doing it.

Jenny "face masks are a waste of time and mass gatherings are fine" Harries, what could go wrong! Today she has claimed that as 1 in 1,700 people has covid you'd have to meet 1,700 before you are at risk of catching it. She also said we need to practice good respiratory hygiene whatever that means.

There's plenty of clubs who share who don't have that issue, particularly in the US. Its an issue that can be resolved but relies on Wasps being reasonable.

Potentially if we leave with no deal. However we will need to do a deal at some point in the future and that will almost certainly include a requirement that anything that happened while we were still a member of the EU is subject to EU rules and regulations.

Do they publish daily hospital admission numbers? If thats falling as well its certainly a positive. Still need to be very cautious. Looking at other countries the risk seems much higher indoors and where distancing is relaxed.

Is that not a waste of everyone's time? Spend weeks / months agreeing a deal and you've still got the problem of the indemnity. Surely that is going to be the first question from Boddy and if the answer is that they won't drop the demand anything else is pointless.

There certainly needs to be a commitment from Wasps to have a pitch that is up to standard. IMO also needs to be a penalty if it isn't otherwise its pointless. Maybe an independent assessor and if it falls below a certain standard the rent is reduced.

Any new deal is likely to be the most detailed yet given Wasps past behaviour. My understanding is that in the past there's been no detail on things such as matchday costs as that was considered outside the scope and was traditionally recharged to the club at cost. However since Wasps arrived...

Trump is my favourite comedian of the year already

If they had 1m ticket requests as they claimed even if just 2% were genuine the arena would have been full. Although they're also now claiming the arena wasn't half empty despite the fact the event was covered live and everyone could see it was. They're also claiming protesters outside prevented...

Trump is my favourite comedian of the year already

Trumps campaign manager was boasting they'd shifted 1m tickets (they were free) for an arena that holds 19K. They were so confident people were showing up they set up a second stage outside for the people that couldn't get in! Given there was no limit on the number of tickets issued there was no...

Not the first time we've had issues with these sort of facilities either. We're quick to demand things be shut down when they're in far flung countries but maybe we need to sort things out closer to home as well.

Is it just from specific outbreaks they have traced? Not sure what that sort of increase in R number relates to in a real world situation. Could something like the meat factory outbreak account for it?

Digitally added? Same tech they use in the NFL to add things like the 10 yard indicator.
