Technology defiantly exists to order from your seat via an app and have it delivered to you. Did it years ago when I was at MSG for the ice hockey. If the tech worked fine 7 years ago it certainly shouldn't be a problem now.

According to their website "Ricoh Arena is a world-class exhibition, event and conference centre" with "state-of-the-art conference and sports facilities". I really fail to see how they need millions in funding to put on a judo event.
