To be fair, it seems he didn’t play at Bristol City out of preference as opposed to injury.

I do understand where you’re coming from, but you also need to remember we are higher profile now so I’d argue there is more interest taken in us for these kind of things.

That’s the rule for international transfers (i.e. under different FAs) but I believe nothing can be agreed with English clubs until the last month of a player’s contract. Nevertheless, we could sign O’Hare now but is it the intention to sign him once we know when the season will start?
