Decent managers don't need to monitor people, they know when people are getting shit done and when people are taking the piss. The more you micro manage people and monitor every little thing they do the more people do the bare minimum.

Obviously you're not going to be able to completely stop pirated content but you can make it as hard as possible for people to access. Seems that things only get done when rights holders push hard for it and threaten legal action and there's no rights holder to do that with the horrific content...

Assuming we're staying with Ticketmaster it would be nice if when they update the infrastructure we can just tap in rather than having to scan tickets. A lot of music venues use that system with ticketmaster now and its a lot quicker.
