    Flat Earth

You can even detect the curvature of the earth with your eyes from an airplane. Gravity obviously exists. If I drop a ball a force takes it to Earth. I've narrowed down your position to one of three possibilities: 1) Troll 2) Not very bright 3) Someone arguing from the position that the...

    Flat Earth

Gravity is a fact - it's measurable and observable and can be used to predict the movement of planets and stars. What isn't known for sure is the cause of gravity.

You are talking at cross purposes - I understand what both of you mean and you both have valid points. "Ignorance" - pesky words again!

Well I didn't know that coloured is a sensitive word. I'm always of the opinion that racism is about intent.

You're going to have to explain to this Ovaltinee why referring to someone as "coloured" is racist.

    Antisocial Neighbours

We had bad problems with a neighbour after we were first married. We lived in a council house and half the street was council houses including the neighbouring one. When the old lady living next door died they moved in a family of three. The woman was awful. She used to stand by her front...

Cause and effect? If he had two players on him all game it's hardly surprising he found it difficult. Who should have been supporting him?
