Apart from the multiple cock-ups with ticketing. We are talking dozens of different ways the club (and/or Ticketmaster) have found to put supporters through bad experiences.

Sounds very plausible. Ticketmaster look after huge numbers of big events, and if their software was that bad, there would be constant meltdown. More likely duff configuration for this event.

That's the point, it hasn't been explained and it needs to be.

The question this week is why it's necessary to segregate City fans from other City fans by opening 11 & 12 but keeping 13 closed. Instead of an official explanation we have an information vacuum, but it's hard to see what the decision has got to do with past trouble between home and away fans.

I'm not trying to justify it, just making my best guess as to why SAG are effectively insisting on segregating City fans from other City fans. I agree with you, it's silly and unnecessary.

Would probably cite national security as a reason for not responding.
