No more games at the Ricoh

If you cannot see the difference you are not open to reason. One is pursuing a debt legally, after negotiating endlessly and waiting for payment. The other is leaving to avoid an alleged legal debt. Simple, right and wrong, and no hypocrisy at all, if what is reported is true

No more games at the Ricoh

Cannot really believe you have asked that! it is very simple: the FA and FL have no interest in being overseers of the game ... just in allowing the beautiful game to prostitute itself to any waving wad of money. They have presided over the dismantling of the game and allowed other clubs to be...

Reading all this and have not got a clue?

SISU are trying to wriggle out of debt to ACL. SISU will do anything they can to claw back some money. SISU will try to buy back the club from Admin with another Holding company and if ACL will not bend over and set a new rent they will groundshare with anyone who will have them. If they cannot...

What players would you like to leave the club in the summer?

Only ones I would be sorry to see go would be Baker, Murphy, J Clarke, L Clarke and Wood ... Maybe a tad regret for Moussa. All the rest can easily be replaced with free transfers.

    New Players Next Week ?

I thought women were renowned gossips. Football forums certainly dispel that myth

    Tactics for Friday

SISU decide not to contest the action. We take our chances on what the Admin says. Club ends up with new owners who do a deal with ACL and CCC. The club and arena can be made into a successful business. Fans who support SISU have a sulk. The majority get behind the new regime. We start a new...

    would you rather?

At the risk of being called miserable again, I honestly cannot remember the last good performance at home. Tranmere 2 months ago? Good form away will not be enough, sadly.

    would you rather?

Which assertion do you quibble with? Defence, midfield or attack? Miserable or realistic? I am perfectly chilled, since you ask. I was resigned to this season being a near miss after the 3 Crewe games. Bit better than the previous dozen seasons though.

Indeed, I thought that a given, maybe not.

    would you rather?

Anyone who thinks we would win promotion from the play offs this season is seriously deluded. The team is weak. Defence: slow and mistake prone; the midfield is in disarray and the forwards, without Clarke and, possibly Baker in the run in, would have little chance IMO.

I joined yesterday too. It seems like the only thing ordinary fans can do given all the decision making is out of our hands.:claping hands:

    Statement from fisher

Like Lehman bros, Northern Rock and all those other financiers had expert advice, you mean? I don't quite get this blind faith that aggressive, ball breaking investment companies are really clever and don't crash and burn sometimes. SISU may well have more cards to play but they will lose money...

    ACL council Higgs

There is an inconsistency in your argument here. You have many times implied that ACL were ripping off the club by charging too high a rent, but now you say "1.28mill isn't much if you're in the Prem." The rent was either too high or it wasn't. Either way SISU were late in the day making such an...

    Mark Labovitch re administration

BTW, saw 2 young chaps in suits at last year's legends day sit down, scoff the food, ignore everyone else, talk through the MC introduction of old players, then they left at about 2.30. This is why some of us have little respect for corporates and their ilk.

    Mark Labovitch re administration

Ferret, I'm yanking your chain. Calm down bud. I take your point that it may be below the standard expected, and paid for, by corporates. Just a different world than mine. And, yes, my school does Market itself to hold training events ... But teachers get excited when there is a clean cup...
