    Quarter of the season gone.

Each of those blocks have at least 2 teams currently in the bottom half.

    Quarter of the season gone.

A quarter of the season gone, and 9 points, that average equates to 36 points for the full season, and we have played a lot of the hardest teams once. We need to better the first quarter by 1 win in each of the 3 remaining quarters and a couple of extra draws. that would get us close to the 50...

I predict 2-0 to us. Biamou and Kastaneer to get the goals

Fans back in stadia by Xmas?

For the reason quoted below, plus the impossibility of social distancing outside the ground, and through the entrances. And how can rival fans possibly have a socially distanced punch-up?

    New Stadium Announcement!!!!!!

The way I look at it is this. I think Sisu still have some hope of a long term solution at the Ricoh, whether that be some kind of eventual ownership / part ownership, or a long term tenancy on comercially beneficial terms. But they have to have a viable plan B otherwise their only other plan is...

    Five subs

The original law only allowed for the replacement of an injured player, not a tactical change. sort of makes sense really.

Grasping at straws? The penalty was correctly awarded according to the rules, but there has been a lot of criticism of COH including a Taxi thread.

    Robins 11 points target

We have got to be targetting wins against Blues, Cardiff, Rotherham at home, and two of Wycombe, Sheff W, and Derby. Plus one or two draws from that list.

No but he had less than a second to react. Can you estimate how high a ball is going to bounce coming at that speed?

Video Watford v Coventry City highlights

Watching their penalty again, it seems to me that their player deliberately aimed the ball at O'Hare, who initially tried to get his foot to it, then it seems he put his arms up to protect his head. Remember he had a bad head injury last year.

    Lets be realistic

Actually looking at the next set of fixtures, if we can beat Birmingham we would still be 21st, but we could be 1 win away from lower mid table. Most of the teams around us have a tough game coming up next. 2 points separate the 8 clubs above us, if we can beat Brum we should be looking at...

    Green shoots

If I remember, at the start of the season the majority on here agreed that our route to staying up is to take points from the teams in the bottom half of the division, with the occasional win/draw against top half teams. Looking at the table as it stands today we have played 3 teams in the...

I can see a surprise win coming our way. Watford won't have a clue what formation we will play.

With all those games in 8/9 weeks tiredness / fitness / injuries could play a major part.

Mark Robins... One of coventrys greatest ever managers

Gibbo would have been a great player but was always injured later in his career with us (or down the pub, him and Ernie Hannigan)

    5 yellow cards marks

That explains why he went, I always thought he would make a good coach to teach the younger players the darker side of the game. That can make a big difference. I'm trying to remember the name of the guy that joined us on loan on the Jan window a couple of years ago. He didn't hardly play but...
