Oxford are clearly well coached, but have played deep from the start, content to play on the counter. They’ve defended well to be fair.

The least of our problems is Ellis Simms. He's actiually looked quite lively in the few moments he has the ball in dangerous positions. 2 poor away performances, where he's starved of anything. 1 league cup win (where he scored the winner) and a home game where he was quiet but not poor...

Simms did OK today. Wright & Sakamoto were no better and Asante fluffed a chance too. Midfield’s not working at all.

Robins had been chasing Walker the season before too but he chose Lincoln. Had Robins got Walker, we probably wouldn't of signed Godden.... Walker never felt like a Robins player. He was a finisher, but didn't work hard enough and wasn't paticulary physical or pacey

Loved Keogh. Full blood & thunder CB. He left in 2012 which was the start of the worst 5 years in the club's history. The rot had set in many years before though.

No to McNally. That's 5 CBs, all close to each other in terms of ability, age etc. I know it's a squad game, but most likely 3 of them miss out every match. A DM (with experience, and a bit of nastiness) and I'm happy.

Robins will keep the same team I would think. I would probably prefer Kitching over Binks (for this game anyway), but Robins rarely drops players for tactical reasons. I'd like to see Dasiva get the LB role for home games when we're on the front foot, but away from home in a flat back 4 would...
