Believe Wembley is setup so cameras can be on either side. Sure I've been to games where there's been the English camera crews on one side and the overseas broadcaster on the other, complete with different advertising for each broadcaster.

    Sky Blues Trust AGM

AGM minutes are on the website, must have been a short meeting. http://www.skybluetrust.co.uk/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=730:sky-blue-trust-agm-2021&catid=124&Itemid=86 They've also done a mail out asking for volunteers:

    Wasps ticket prices

Doesn't that mean that once teams are out of the running to win it the games become dead rubbers? Not sure watching two teams who have nothing to play for going through the motions in a glorified friendly is an incentive to part with £50.

    Safe Standing

As with other things its only seemed to be an issue when it was football fans. Don't recall the government ever suggesting the likes of Glastonbury or Reading Fest should be all seater for safety reasons. Hope this gets implemented at most grounds. If only because it will mean that people who...

    Transfer Rumour Brandon Mason gone!

Best thing all round. Bit of a weird one. Had a good season, new contract and then pretty much never played again!

    Coronavirus Thread (Off Topic, Politics)

Nor can I but worth pointing out that prior to covid the health secretary was speaking to legal advisors about making other vaccinations compulsory due to rates dropping so maybe its not that far fetched to think compulsory vaccinations could be introduced at some stage. Imagine there would be...

    Coronavirus Thread (Off Topic, Politics)

If you assume everyone who hasn't had a first dose is actually anti-vax, which is a huge stretch, that puts the number at under 6.4m. By comparison there's 3.8m people who are CEV. The current advise from the government is for them to avoid places where there might be people who aren't...

    Things that annoy you

Kids at every game with 'can I have your shirt' signs. How has this become a thing?

    Elliot Watt

Glad I'm not the only one! Just googled him and pretty sad to see how his career ended up, years of passing from club to club and not getting games.

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Its staggering incompetence. If you emailed it went unread, if you phoned it went through to a washing machine repair centre in Cov. But lets blame the person who arranged his own, privately funded, charter to get out.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Isn't it 2 years to qualify so even if you bumped up wages now to attract people into the profession you've still got a problem.

    Match Thread QPR (A) Match Thread - 28th August - 3PM Kickoff

So far so good but as we say every game we need to start putting chances away. Can't rely on an injury time winner every week!

Only 10 minutes in but this is shaping up to be more of the same. Wish we had the money for a clinical finisher.

Online Gossip - Pompey want Shipley on loan

Not sure there's a huge benefit from our side in sending him out on loan. We need squad players and its not like a season at Pompey is likely to make him a better player. Last season of his contract through so if its a loan with a view to a permanent move might not be the worst thing for him.

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

I don't understand what he thinks he gains from this? Its like taking on Rashford over free meals for hungry kids all over again. And as with that once it was highlighted on social media and eventually into mainstream press instead of getting things sorted out ASAP to at least look vaguely...

    Mental Health

That's the one. Was expecting it to be fairly basic but he went pretty in depth. Not sure if its always like that as it was supposed to be 30 minutes but went on for hours! Defiantly worth making the call but be prepared to wait for any follow up treatment if you need something more intensive...

    Mental Health

Took a couple of weeks off social media etc to try and improve my mental health, not sure it helped much to be honest. Had my initial appointment / assessment a few days ago. Was supposed to be 30 minutes maximum but ended up being over 2 hours which probably isn't a good sign. Was interesting...

    Coronavirus Thread (Off Topic, Politics)

Not sure I follow. If the vaccine reduces hospitalisations by 90% then surely if you took 100 people who pre-vaccine would have been hospitalised 10 of them still would be post-vaccine? How do you get any idea of how at risk you are? There's experts on TV saying those who are fully vaccinated...
