    RCC

Just back and seen the goals on sky , worse than I first thought , in fact they were fucking abysmal. He's been in the no1 spot for 2 years and he seems to have learned absolutely nothing. It's not just the obvious mistakes like the 1st one tonight but he seems to have a serious lack of...

    A Clean Slate?

But Nick , is Chasetown away on a Tuesday night any different to say Bury or Rochdale. I go to see my team and my team only , personally I don't give two hoots to who the opposition are. Anyone who goes purely to watch a game of football have a huge choice of prem and championship football...

Sisu gone on Monday? Yanks are coming!

To my ears he just made a comment about people who might be interested , in no way did it sound like anyone was actually likely to make a move. At this moment in time and with the club as it is, even a totally innocent statement can lead to ridiculous rumours. Even if it were true and people...

How much would Sisu want for the club?

Just going by the press reports and the fact that pogba cost 20 mill more than Watfords entire set up, after they beat them.

If Wasps publicly declared they wanted to buy CCFC

Having purchased it for the said amount they immediately valued it at 30 mill so in my eyes they essentially stole it. Also it is well known that the purchase of the stadium was more than likely discussed way before Northampton, crc chairman confirmed that when he was sounded out on a possible...

If Wasps publicly declared they wanted to buy CCFC

Totally agree , the crunch will come when the bond (aka a remortgage) has to be repaid. Current finances from attendances etc would get no where near it. I'd love to know what the break even attendance figure is , considering I still haven't met anyone who has had to pay for a ticket it must be...

How much would Sisu want for the club?

Considering that Watford are reported to be worth 65 mill which includes players , ground and everything associated with it , wanting 70 mill for the shambles of a club we have is ludicrous to say the very least.

Petition SISU to sell the club

but they dont own anything to knock down ,do they ? The only people who can are CCC and only in 250 years when the lease expires !

    Our gates

There's not one football club on the planet who haven't got fickle fans , you only have to listen to the mancs and scousers after they have lost 2 on the spin. Taking everything into consideration the crowds we get after all the bilge we put up with are exceptional.

Cov utd to play at Butts next season

As you say , you can dream but unless you have money to burn or have a lucky season , the dream stops here.

Cov utd to play at Butts next season

To put it politely , A team called united, wearing red and white being no1 in this city !!! Not a fking chance.

Cov utd to play at Butts next season

Cov united will find that being promoted beyond the division they are currently in, will be unlikely if not impossible. With only 1 team promoted each season the risk of overspending and then finding yourselves chasing the one spot could be a disaster. Cov sphinx have to bear this in mind , not...

    Stokes vs Gray: Homophobic tweets

4 years ago !!! , plenty of time to have grown up and have completely different outlooks on life. If I still had my opinions of 30 years ago I would be sitting in a jail cell now and so would many more on this forum . Times change , people change so hope they cut him some slack.

    Children's tickets

Bet there isn't many clubs who charge £10 for a 3 year old.

Match Thread Bradford v Coventry Match Thread - Saturday 20th Aug

If their tickets cost the same as ours they would struggle for 10k.

    Children's tickets

If you are a visitor who is only likely to go to one or 2 games then you will be robbed blind by this club. I went to the Bury game with a family friend and his 12 year old who were down from scotland for the week and I was ashamed to see it cost him £32. Shameful pricing for 3rd division football.

    Council helps football club

What about the millions the council have cost us taxpayers ? 300k is nothing compared to the gifting of the Ricoh!

    Kirk Stephens

I went along with a friend tonight with his 12 year old son £32 fucking pound it cost for the pair of them !!! Bums on seats at that price and for 3rd tier football , not a chance.

    It's time...

I disagree , wasps owe this whole city for or gifting them a purpose built stadium for peanuts and saving them from oblivion. The fact is that the sale went through with certain guarantees about the effect on ccfc and crc. So far they have shown themselves to be as sly and underhand as our...

Another shrewd move by Wasps ?!

At the time that ACL and ccc were running the place it was a huge white elephant , nobody has ever said it couldnt make money. To be honest though Wasps need to make a shit load of money to re-pay the re-mortgage they made in the shape of bonds.
