Maybe because we are not ungrateful entitled pricks. Our club is unrecognisable to the one we had just 2 years ago, on and off the pitch.

With respect I think this is a little naive. King only gets a bumper return when we are a. Premier League Club and own our own stadium. no one is paying him top dollar for a championship club with short term stadium lease. Oh and he seems to be full committed and loving it to me …:

@victor17 we did need a keeper though and a striker. we also needed a midfielder and a right back but we are building a club for the future not for one season ….

Perspective …. we have kept Sheaf, MVE, Simms and Wright and Saka. We have bought in 7 new signings, all our players on long term deals for £15m. It’s been a good window.

I don’t understand it we are the only club in the entire EFL who need strengthening and haven’t … oh wait we are just like everyone else.
