Isn't Southampton one of the best academies for churning out superstars? I'd never thought of Everton's academy being anywhere near that level?

This applies for most clubs not just ours so no need to bring SISU into it. Look at Villa with Benteke, Liverpool with Sterling. So SISU do not really need to be mentioned.

From what I've heard of the lad he's a winger, came through their academy and is just in the process of making the step up. Ranieri is currently deciding whether to keep him in and around the first team or send him out on loan. So he does have potential to move to us if we tried...
