I don’t know you so I certainly don’t dislike you. However if being top at Christmas, playing attractive football in full to capacity owned ground is not enough for you then it’s probably not the right hobby for you.

Many of us have commented on the challenges of this window. Maybe one of the solutions is to seek players on loan with an obligation to buy if we are promoted. It would enable us to target better players with limited risk.

I’m not opposed to a loan to help us this season but I wouldn’t be dropping big money and a long term contract on McNeil. He has a good left foot, is hard working, etc but he lacks pace and he doesn’t have a trick. Everyone likes different types of players but in the prem league I think pace...
