Continuity is more than just player turnover. It comes from the manager, picking consistent tactics and team selection. You’ve got Jones, Biamou, Shipley, Westbrook, Hyam and Kelly who have all been with us since League 2. Which makes up nearly 1/3 of a match day 18. Given our circumstances...

Cant argue with that. The only defender in our back 3 I would perhaps have a doubt about making the step up is McFadz because he’s an ageing player and isn’t the quickest defender either. Despite this, having 3 central defenders does protect him as we have wingbacks and two defenders to cover...

Agreed with most of this. To start, I’m grateful that we’ve got a young side who are improving. Hyam, Rose, Dabo are all going to get better. On the fringes, Shipley, Westbrook and maybe even Jones are in that bracket too. We probably should’ve taken a risk and held onto Sam McCallum - but...

Agreed! To contrast ourselves with Ipswich, we’ve been lucky with injuries. We’ve got good depth in our squad, but I’m concerned if Gooden gets injured again. By far our best striker.
