    SISU

Think it came out in one of the judicial reviews that Yorkshire Bank weren't prepared to write off anything and SISU were looking to restructure but nothing came of it. Both sides were talking to the bank. Weren't there emails about keeping SISU talking/busy whilst other side tried to put...

    SISU

SISU did what they'd do with any business they took over. Stopped it haemorrhaging money then restructured it. Cost of this was a drop through the leagues before bouncing back. They never claimed to be anything other than a hedge fund looking to turn us around financially before selling us on...

I met some guys in Senegal when i had some business there. They had got City shirts in a similar way. Became fans, used to get an hour of internet a day and use it to follow the club, had changed their village side's colours to Sky Blue. Also saw old City shirts in Zimbabwe.

    The Ricoh

Fine but Wasps haven't met their proposed income streams and CCFC won't pay for a share that could be valued based on income / revenue they might add to Ricoh in the future.

    The Ricoh

i'd think the Bond issue would be a sizeable problem when it came to valuing the stadium - what a part share would be worth against what they've said it's worth for the sake of the bond financing

    The Ricoh

Has to be the 2nd one - business / economics 101 a longer lease is a game changer. In the real world a 250 year lease for a stadium that probably has a life span of 50 years is just a paper exercise.

    The Ricoh

Didn't want on the terms that were available at the time. If the same deal as Wasps ended up with had been on the table then then that's a completely different scenario.

    The Ricoh

PL Rugby is in trouble. They've just imposed around a million cut in the salary cap. Our problem is higher we move up the leagues the more important it is to have control of a stadium income - not just match day. We move back to the Ricoh and things like naming rights jump in value of which we...

EFL to end season this week - City likely to be promoted

wouldn't be surprised if Fleetwood and Oxford caved and had just been paying lip service to carrying on

EFL to end season this week - City likely to be promoted

Honestly think if the break hadn't happened we'd have cruised home.. Definitely best side in the league at that point -league position was just the confirmation of it, Management done a great job in making the required tweaks from last season.

    Wasps downward spiral...

like a red rag to a bull. Welcoming back the football team to our stadium, pie in the sky rent figures as if they are entitled to capitalize on football team doing well to push themselves backinto the black

Wycombe - then we can help Wasps move their stuff back to their proper home next season :)

EFL to end season this week - City likely to be promoted

Pompey Trust sold to Americans about 3 years. They've pumped in a load of money. 2nd biggest wage budget in division. Wycombe another club where fan trust sold their control to americans

EFL to end season this week - City likely to be promoted

serious conversations about a 15-20m cap but with the extended season etc. unlikely to be in for next season. But it's coming you've got Championship clubs with huge debt levels but also wage bills in excess of 80% of income ( couple over 100%) for all the talk of FFP etc.Average wages...

EFL to end season this week - City likely to be promoted

    1. Operation Vengeance sounds like something a playground gang would come up with. 2. Don't criticize other clubs not wanting to play for financial reasons if you're about to furlough your own staff when you have nothing left to play for.
