    200% article - great read

About what though? If the club won't play at the Ricoh for free I fail to see what more CCC or acl can do.

    The Golden Share

Well as the Germans have found a way just copy that.

    Hypocrisy

On what basis then do you and japandy believe they haven't made an offer via the football league?
  4. bigfatronssba

    Hypocrisy

Japandy, 1) Sisu said no "direct approach" had been made, this is true as it was done via the fl. 2) Your right, Ann Lucas hasn't made an offer, acl has. 3) Where is this statement you speak of? I apologise if I have missed it but could you provide a link please? There isn't really anything...

Acl made the offer, not CCC.

When did we find out its untrue? I must have missed this.

Sisu boss Joy Seppala rejects council offer to play at Ricoh Arena rent-free

Well I base my opinions of people/groups over a length of time. Sisu have been caught out lying more times than I care to remember. For that they lose the right to benefit of the doubt.

Sisu boss Joy Seppala rejects council offer to play at Ricoh Arena rent-free

You'll forgive me if I don't take his word or it.

CCFC, The Ricoh And The European Commission

I think they use to, but I'm sure their at the Ricoh now. They've certainly played some games there.

CCFC, The Ricoh And The European Commission

The Ladies team also play at the Ricoh. Despite the name they are classed as a separate club.

Reply from the FL on the rent offer

When is it sisu have to show "progress" to the fl by in their plan to return to the city?
  12. bigfatronssba

CCFC, The Ricoh And The European Commission

My understanding is there is two aspects that sisu have claimed. They claim public money has been used to undermine their business plan. They also claim the loan the council made to acl wouldn't have been made by a commercial lender as they claim acl doesn't have the capital to warrant...

Sisu boss Joy Seppala rejects council offer to play at Ricoh Arena rent-free

Benefits to Ccfc and the city of Coventry of sisu owned freehold then please?

Sisu boss Joy Seppala rejects council offer to play at Ricoh Arena rent-free

Who said anything about paying over the top? I said make an offer that can't be refused. Present their vision of the Ricoh Arena under their ownership. How it will benefit the club, how it will benefit the city of Coventry, because right now all we've heard is how it will benefit joy and...

CCFC, The Ricoh And The European Commission

Basically those who believe the council done wrong don't believe in state aid unless its for sisus benefit.

Sisu boss Joy Seppala rejects council offer to play at Ricoh Arena rent-free

Why don't sisu make the council an offer they can't refuse?

    If jr ges against ccc

Why not? Businesses restructure their debt all the time. If ACL is doing as well as PKWH says then they should be able to find a willing lender.

    Lucas denies rent free offer

Presumably all the stewards work for free in Northampton and electricity is provided by jump leads attached to a nearby street light?

    The alleged £320,000 matchday costs

I'd be interested to know how much match day costs are in Northampton. Either way, the offer from acl would see the club far better off financially. I think its time all fans united in pressuring the club into accepting this.

    If jr ges against ccc

Really wish you would stop presenting opinion as fact. You have nothing to support the "fact" that acl will go tits up. Much more likely is they will get a commercial loan in that unlikely event.
