2017/18 - Sky Blues start the season at a new ground just outside the city limits

If its 1 mile from the boundary its likely to be in another town.

Probably wouldn't go. It has to be in or literally next to the city boundary for me to still class it as Coventry City FC.

    Questions from the SBT

ACL will give the most detailed answers. Otium and CCC will each answer only the questions they want to answer. FL will reply about how they don't comment on specific cases and refer back to Otium/CCC/ACL

The next step for the Ricoh

The only way I can see not returning ties in with this is if they win the JR then they can claim for damages.

Facts and figures suggested otherwise though.

The problem with the deal is it contradicts Sisu's plan of distressing ACL.

I think they would be looking at a bit more than that. CCC put in directly around £13m (from what I recall anyway), based on inflation from 2003 that is now worth £17.5m Higgs put in £6.5m, would be worth nearer £8.75m today. Then to repay the £14m mortgage, you would be looking at nearer £40m...

"Name Your Price" says Ann Lucas

What sort of slimy shit makes a comment like this: "There is no point at all in dredging up the discredited landlord-tenant debate. We cannot return to the clutches of a rapacious landlord which has done so much to damage the club through two generations of ownership.” The man is nothing more...

    200% article - great read

But if its cheaper to get it through the council then what's the point? That's the trouble with politics, too much ideology and not enough common sense. If ACL as an independent business can pay a rate of 2% to the council, or 4% to YB, then they would have to be stupid to not get the money off...

Will people ever be happy as long a SISU are still here?

I never knew that. I always wondered why my Dad used to insist on parking in that crappy one behind the Belgrade!

They might. They feel a great moral duty to stand up to the evil of open democratic institutions.

The next step for the Ricoh

Good for the local economy though. Those at the Get Cov back to the Ricoh group will be pleased as they were worried about the loss of income to the city's economy.
