Allen might be moved on if we can get an upgrade at a reasonable price I’m more than happy to keep him. He is a very decent player with energy and a good attitude. He’s a good option to bring on with 20-30 minutes to go when others are tiring.

I agree that the goal against Trinidad proved little but he is a proven goalscorer in the Championship. A greater level of consistency would be a bonus but if he can carry on scoring at the rate of twenty over a full season then you won’t hear me complain.
