It would’ve been impossible for most of them to see it due to the angle of it. It’s really hard to see anything going on in the same stand as you. A few will have seen it, got arsey about it, then herd mentality kicks in.

You're talking about incidents involving less than 20 people. The pitch invaders are classic case in point. That one against Reading, it took 6 of them to haul him off the pitch. That is poor. Badly trained I would say. Probably not used to big crowds

I think the pair of you are missing out a crucial part here. The ground isn't unique, our fans aren't unique, so you have to look at what other factors come into play. One thing springs to mind, and that is standard of stewarding. That Derby game them and the police just stood and watched
