Last speedwork session prior to flying out to Pyrenees on monday. 1 x 1km, 5 x 200mtrs, on the track. km went in 3:25..... pretty poor, i can do 3km at that pace on a good day. It was pretty windy though. 200mtrs are definitely not my forte, and i had to run them round the back straight...

This sums my above point up for me. They are no different as a fanbase to us (save for the good times they've had in the last decade). Similar sized club, similar roots, similar fanbase. Rivalry aside, they are neither "horrendous" nor "disgusting"..... I see it on other forums as well...

But not with the same level of vitriol as Leicester..... who have got away on a technicality..... Forest have outright taken the punishment and got away with cheating, proving that it was justified.... that is a terrible situation for the game to be in.
