    The terms of the 2 year renewal agreement are the same as granted when CCFC returned to the Ricoh ie they have pitch priority WASPS didn't change the date of the Rugby 7's to a Sunday from the first day of the FL season for no reason!

    The freeholder is CCC Millerchip bought the Headlease from a property development company that was going bust. ( so much for covenants safeguarding the Rugby Club ) There is then an underlease to CRL ( CRFC ) for teh pitch and existing stands etc
