Definitely! I wouldn't be surprised if they launched a civil action but equally I wouldn't say it was a certainty. If they don't then presumably there is very, very little to stop at least a short-term deal being agreed at the Ricoh. Of course if SISU are no longer hitting CCC with legal cases...

It does but Wasps would presumably demand an undertaking for SISU to desist with any future cases related to their ownership of the Ricoh....which they might just refuse to give.

I actually don't think they can appeal to the ECJ, it would be for the Supreme Court to refer the matter to them if they felt it was required. Assuming that the SC does not refer anything then I think SISU would be out of chances to appeal and would be looking at a civil action or nothing.

They may be able to appeal to the European Court but even if not i'd think they could launch a civil case if they think they have grounds to.
