I would be a little gutted as I really rate him. I imagine it wouldn’t be happening if KKH’s injury was particularly bad. If the fee is £10 million + and allows us to address a couple of other positions then I can see the sense in it.

A settled squad of players who know each others strengths and weaknesses and have played together a lot will go a long way at the start of the season imo.

I’d be happy with what we’ve got when the season starts. Should be enough to keep us up there and we can then address any shortcomings in January.
