I wonder how Pressley feels about Joy's 'assurances'?

The interview with Pressley is disingenuous. It's clearly before the points deduction.

So who is running Coventry, Sisu or Administrator?

Will be interesting to see the statement on the points deduction from the administrator and/or CCFCH. If CCFCH doesn't make one, then I think we'll know where we stand, otherwise as I suspect it will be 6 weeks before we find out.

    It's confirmed 10 points

I think PH4 is a smokescreen for the true investors. It will be interesting to see what the CCFCH statement says regarding the deduction. I doubt they will concede at this stage that the whole of CCFC is in admin, in fact we will probably need to wait for the 6 weeks fact finding before that...

    Full house tomorrow

Have SISU gone ? Have we been taken over ? Have I missed something ?

    if i put £10

First part of your proposal has already been introduced, it's called financial fair play and you can only spend 60% of your turnover on your squad, hence the whole debate on the match day income streams.

    Long term agreement

Doesn't quite tally with the statement on the official website "Coventry City Football Club Holdings Ltd are pleased that an agreement has been reached with ACL and the Administrator that enables us to play our last three remaining home matches at the Ricoh Arena." Surely if CCFCH aren't...

Why are the FL taking so long?

It shouldn't really matter. It's the players duty to go out on the pitch and try to win every game.

    Ryton Training Ground

If I were the new owners (big leap of faith) I'd simply build a new training facility, perhaps in the area around the Ricoh. Perhaps the academy could be based there also. It's similar to Man City's scheme, but obviously on a much smaller scale.

    Golden Share and Player registrations

The crux is, they can't have it both ways, either the companies are seperate and the club is in breach of league rules on 3rd party ownership a very serious offence warranting relegation of at least one division, or the companies are essentially indistinguishable which means the whole club is...

Is there any confirmation on whether ACL have been given the 6 weeks they asked for to investigate the tangled web SISU have woven ?

£60m debt. Sisu doubters proved correct

CCFC holdings are not in administration contrary to reports earlier in the day. SISU remain firmly in control.

Official - we are in administration already

Surely the league is the main arbiter of where the golden share is held and they have categorically stated it's with CCFC Ltd. if not SISU have moved it without permission. Either way SISU lose !

Guilfoyle, the administrator for Leeds has stated that due diligence he undertook showed that Preston Haskell IV does not have the means to take over a football club. Hopefully (but I doubt it) we are not looking at another Dhinsa situation.

Official - we are in administration already

Depends on your definition of 'debt free'. Takeover 'costs' are included in the £60m somewhere, even if no money ever changed hands.

    Official statement

Even so, the bit with the league share cannot be liquidated by SISU (it can by the administrator). Is it therefore possible for a new owner the take over the league share and start up with a completely new squad of players ? I suppose this would bring into question the ownership of Coventry...

    ACL withdraw their application...

Pompey have a 10 pt penalty due for remaining in admin at the start of the season. The CVA hasn't been finalised yet, so that remains up in the air.
