Passed the ball well enough and created a couple of chances. Looks like TM is favouring the 4-2-3-1, but could switch it up second half. Not going to read too much into a friendly regardless.

Convinced it's Fabio Nunes, formally of Blackburn.

Think it might be Fabio Nunes.

Well first half is a left sided player, so I doubt that's him. Perhaps second half.

@Coventry_City: 1st HALF XI: Charles-Cook, Phillips, Willis, Martin, Haynes, O'Brien, Finch, Fleck, A Trialist, Maddison, Tudgay. #PUSB Guess the trialist begins

Rumour - Possibly after Izale McLeod

Lovely bout of bullshit to start the morning. Maynard is on trial at Forest, Maguire is probably on his way out of Wednesday with Bolton interested and Eagles is on trial at Preston. Regardless, all three of them have no reason to drop down a division as things stand.

Need a McSheffrey swap deal for Fleck then all will be rosy imo.

    Trialists

Without the availability of the PFA transfer/free agent list, the trialists could come from here: http://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/spieler/vertragslosespieler/statistik/1/plus/?ausrichtung=alle&spielerposition_id=alle&land_id=alle&wettbewerb_id=GB2&seit=alle&yt0=Show

    Goals

You're forgetting that Conor Thomas is bound to add his usual 15-20 from his deep-lying midfield position, also known as the bench.

Stu, you keep saying that as if people are oblivious to it. The goals and pace will come in the form of new signings over the next month. Still think Maddison weighs in with more than people are expecting.

GK: New Player (Replacement: Lee Burge/Reice Charles-Cook) Burge is a starter as TM confirmed however. RB: Aaron Phillips (Replacement: Jordan Willis/Dion Kelly-Evans) CB: Sam Ricketts (Replacement: Aaron Martin) CB: Reda Johnson (Replacement: Jordan Willis/Cian Harries) LB: Chris...

Should probably get him back then. Seriously though, that says an awful lot more about the division than ourselves.

    Conor Thomas surely!

    Power, pace and agility

Well Joe Garner and Ian Henderson cost a big £0, as did the majority on that list. Personally I'd take a punt on Izale Mcleod, 21 goals last season in that god awful Crawley side has got to be worth a go. At 30 years of age and with a year left on his contract I can't imagine Crawley would want...

    Power, pace and agility

Not many on this list cost that much: https://uk.eurosport.yahoo.com/football/league-one/top-goalscorers.html As we've seen during our time in League 1, less than average strikers at Championship level score for fun.
