Listen To Me Just Hear Me Out

I think it's one of the signs of the Apocalypse isn't it?

    Cresswell red card

I agree - looked a stonewall red to me. Got to ask yourself if that'd been pre-VAR and stayed a red and WH appealed would it have got recinded? I very much doubt it.

    Mark Robins

Indeed it is - at this level our 'name' is a bigger draw than it ever was in the top flight but we had a larger budget at that time to accommodate transfer fees and wages. Plus there were plenty of times we had a squad/budget which should have performed better than it did because 'it's Cov...

    Ponticelli recalled

I would be happy for that if he's getting the minutes, but I think for him it would be best to stick around, play U23, hopefully get some goals for them and be around the building to force MR to not ignore him. I also think he could look at the way Godden plays to improve his overall play and...

    Matty godden

I put Biamou back into my team because I thought he'd be better suited to deal with the physicality of Wycombe and Godden hadn't looked like he was moving completely freely and over his injury prior to that game and would be more effective as a sub. That would've been the wrong choice with...

    Matty godden

I had questioned MR's ability to get goals from all of our strikers over a prolonged period - there is no question our biggest problem under his tenure has been putting teams away and scoring. Why that has been has been has been the matter for debate - is it the tactics leaving the striker...

    Matty godden

I think for most Biamou is, given the choices available to us, seen as either a partner or back-up to Godden for teams where his physicality might be of more benefit than Godden. I don't think anyone would be there saying he's more likely to score goals but he has other assets which can be...

I agree overall but felt he was a bit slow with the subs - should have been 10 mins earlier IMO, but at least he did make them. Had they scored the pen really don't know what would've happened.

That'll do nicely. From no league away wins to a couple of 4-1's in a couple of days against contrasting teams with back-to-back hat-tricks for Godden. Happy New Year everybody!

C'mon Godden - two hat-tricks in two games. O'Hare time again.

Would anyone make a change right now just for some time wasting? Walsh for Allen?

Not sure why he'd up sticks for a club in the same league we've got as much chance of going up as unless it was for a massive pay rise
