    Season tickets?

Tomorrow will be interesting. Only about 1200 tickets sold. I guess most will pay on the night. If the gate is 5000, that is one big walk-up to deal with without cash turnstiles.

    Car Park C

Nothing the club can do about this, it just highlights how little control we have. It is steep - if you like to sit in block 19 and park in car park c, your day out will now cost £37 for a league game! Are other options of course, but I do worry that if we have a poor start to the season we...

Whatever you do don't go to Bradford.

    Season tickets?

Aye, no panic. Although I do know someone going away on holiday tomorrow, returning next saturday to East Mids and going straight to the game, problem is they live in Sheffield. Sure the ticket office will sort them out though.

    Surprise player of the season

Looking forward to seeing Lawton too.

Tescos going to be much stricter too. Think they have replaced the number plate recognition cameras and will start using them.

    Ricoh Car Parking

Think so, for league games not much in it. They had a couple of very low gates, but a few very big ones too. Just saying I'm sure they had the extra parking facility for the 9000 attendance and we didn't for 17000.

It's funny. Wasps had sub 10K gates last season. We had up to 17K. You wonder how all this sort of stuff is decided.

I agree. I have taken the non-alarmist view to this point - having convinced myself that it will all come together and there is a plan, but this would make me angry and nervous in equal measure. Look at the team for tomorrow, Rose is one of the first names you would put in. Doesn't make much...

May not be true, but if it is being reported in the Australian media, then there is possibly something to it.

Usually it is the selling club that insist on non-disclosure. I suspect D&R had much more to gain from the Jones sale being undisclosed than CCFC. If the fee they accepted was less than the 300K Charlton offered, then they would have to answer serious questions from their own supporters, so...

Agree. Expected him to be a big player for us this season. Played well when given a run in the side at the end of last season. I would be more disappointed if we lost him than I was with the Vincelot sale.

Nothing like a good SBT analogy to end the day :)

To be fair, I did start throwing insults around, but it was hard not to. A very odd place. Seemed to be getting a lot of those red thumb things and it was starting to hurt my feelings :(

Right. Had a little foray into CT territory and feel like I've been raped. Not going back there anytime soon, feel traumatised.

    Ricoh pitch

To be fair, before I am accused of being a monster because sacking people is horrible, he did do something that warranted it. The fact he was a Wasps fan (from Cov yes) put a little gloss on it. His Wasps mug didn't last long. Think the lads in the warehouse had a little kickabout with it.

Once had a Wasps fan work with me. I fired him. Least he deserved.

But it is all you have done, strained every sinew in your body to shift the focus away from the council/CSF/Wasps and direct it all toward SISU for their apparent inability to make the most of the 180 seconds of glory today in front of a committee who already had their decision ready. What is...

And there we have it. A prime example. Amazing how much time and effort people spend analysing the minutiae of statements, emails and off-the-cuff comments in an attempt the justify the actions of those conspiring against us. Here's an idea, spend that time lobbying those people who are...
