The too close to call has to work both ways. That was too close to call first viewing and took several minutes to come to a conclusion. Take away those several minutes and you would have your decision. No micromilimetres.

Exactly right. They are going to such anal lengths when the technology is clearly not supporting that. Just apply common sense. There are times when a player is clearly offside, but it is not picked up. VAR is perfect for that.
