I'm not sure what he's being told to do. Certainly away it's to hold back and tuck in. He needs to be given freedom to attack. Generally we need to be an attacking team given our squad shape and shite defence.

I very much doubt Collins will start. That would be a very worrying decision. I just hope Dovin can show a bit more and give some confidence to the defence.

Dropping Collins is absolutely essential. We all knew yesterday was coming. He isn't good enough . Anyone sensible would be dropping JDS for Bidwell as well. I was not keen on Lampard if he plays Collins I will be hugely pissed off.

You would expect a small guy to be fairly agile and manoeuvrable, probably quick off the mark (to somewhat offset the problems with his size). He ain't that. People continually leave him flat footed, turn him and get the wrong side of him. He has no defensive positives.

Let's hope we get Dovin, Kitching and Bidwell in for Collins, Binks and JDS. I doubt it. If he plays Collins the shit will absolutely hit the fan.

The trouble is Lampard doesn't really know the ability of the players until he tries them out. He's in for a surprise with our keepers.
