How much is the local economy looking to lose?

Thing that annoys me about that most is the focus on manufacturing economy. Diversified economy FFS! Focus on one sector and you're asking for periods of boom and bust. What's worse is the entire thing is based on a mix of lazy stereotypes successive govts have of the regions and people obsessed...

Not sure why people think it'd be hard to allocate tickets, even if capacity is less than the number of last season's ticket holders. First, you allow last years season ticket holders a period of time to claim their seat for next year on a first come first served basis. Once the seats are gone...

    the housing market

Makes the survey pointless. Just turn up, look at some stuff, say "yeah it looks fine" then bugger off without any chance of it biting them on the backside. Not like they're cheap either. I'd have thought that you having the survey done would actually harm your case against the seller because...

Couldn't you have claimed some of that off whoever did the survey that they missed this stuff?

Good point. Also with people living longer people aren't even inheriting until later as well. There is a bit swings-and-roundabouts though because even though those people are 'turning right' later the fact their living longer means they still remain right wing voters for about the same amount...

I get you. Guess it'll be like a big game in first come first served or having some sort of ballot. Once you've taken ST holders into account you probably won't have much left.

We could be leading the way as a green stadium if the uni wanted to incorporate thier technology to showcase it, like the energy generating flooring they were working on.

    Championship salary cap next season?

Well if they wanted to do that they could just take a year off the contract in the depreciation calculation. They could still get a small fee in the summer of their final year and as you would only have to adjust the asset value by the difference of the amount received against realisable value...

Work out how many seats that is and distancing required. On the system put all other seats as sold/unavailable before allowing people/office staff to take bookings and no-one can accidentally overbook the seats.

    Championship salary cap next season?

I think so. It would certainly be the most sensible way of doing it using S/L method.

I'd quite like that. I'd be reclaiming it already. Just don't start a female team and call them the Seattle Heroines! Although they could then start a mixed team called the Seattle Speedballs.

Think it'd be a bit wierd if we had visit Cov on the shirt if we were still in Brum! Wouldn't be affordable for them but City of Culture somewhere on it would be good. Maybe a small one on the back of the collar?

A survey should be part of the selling process so you've effectively got a 'guarantee' on certain aspects of the structure. So many I know have moved in then found stuff that needed doing. I'm all for every house needing surveying periodically (say 20-25 years) if it isn't sold to ensure it's...

    Championship salary cap next season?

I get your point in terms of competitiveness as everyone wold be doing it at the same time, as they did with Bosman. But it does have a massive effect on their solvency if you're suddenly writing down/ off huge swathes of assets on the balance sheets. Exterior lenders and creditors would get a...
