Andy Thorn: This is the worst period of my career.

I should clarify my position is not that of calling for his head. I'd love him to do well and there are clearly constraints that hamper him. However he's hardly the first to have similar conditions, and I'm not convinced he has the capability to thrive under them. I'd be delighted for him to...

    Eric Black

I heard he was a very naughty boy though.

Andy Thorn: This is the worst period of my career.

The current 'equipment' has had us in positions to earn a lot more points than we have this season, and while the opposing manager has adapted his side this we've come up short time and time again in this department. Where is the evidence of Thorn's talent that allows people to say it's purely...

Andy Thorn: This is the worst period of my career.

That's why it's a poor analogy. A talented graphic artist still needs a minimum spec to do his job. A talented manager however could and should avoid throwing away the points we have with the players we have. There's little to suggest Thorn is a good manager.

    Result against Hull??

I think the important thing is that everyone stays safe and has fun.

Andy Thorn: This is the worst period of my career.

Difference is, before this point you'd have a decent track record in graphics design though right? As opposed to only taking it up for the first time a few weeks before having spent the previous few years finding where to get Photoshop on the cheap for the company. That's where the question...

    Time To Intensify Protests

That's the problem really. For it to be effective the dissenting voices need to be heard regardless of what's happening on the pitch rather than reflective of it, otherwise it could be fobbed off as people having a moan because we're losing matches. If (big if) we're beating Hull and people...

    Eric Black

I'd expect Black to continue in the assistant role, maybe going wherever Bruce inevitably bluffs his way into.

    Coleman

I admire his willingness to travel, more coaches and players should benefit from doing similar.

    Time To Intensify Protests

Intensifying protests would suggest there have been more than the pockets of mild unrest that only seemed to creep up whenever we lost a lead or fell behind in a game. It's been a shambles so far.

Its wednesday and still no fans view.

If Gardner's priority wasn't Aston Villa there'd be something very wrong with him. That's where his future lies, it doesn't mean he's not going to do his very best for us whilst here.

I have to admire your commitment glen, having boycotted the team for years now. Oh wait.

    Back of the cov telegraph!!!

He says they're open in the same way they apparently always have been. In essence, no new information or revelation, just a reiteration.

    Coventry v southampton boycott

There's little logic in the notion that something is either black or white in such a manner. If he doesn't plan to throw his support behind a boycott it doesn't mean he's been 'got to' or that he's gorging on prawn sandwiches with his SISU chums or anything of that kind. I'm not a fan of him or...

    Coventry v southampton boycott

I'm not sure a Coventry match with low attendance would raise national publicity (or even surprise), there'd need to be some accompaniment.
