    Callum O'Hare

I’m sure he was gutted. Been a good player for us. Definitely off. We move on.

And no, that wasn’t intended to rhyme…..

    An ode to Mark Robins

Fairly stark comparison on Sunday wasn’t it. The useless Ten Haag presiding over a group of players who are to value for money what rump steak is to veganism. I just wonder if Robins, so directly visible, has put himself in the frame to replace him.

    Next Season

We’ll get interest in Simms and Wright. 20+ goal a season strikers are as rare as rocking horse crud.

    Next Season

Some of our players might attract interest over the summer. But we don’t have stand outs like Gyokeres and Hamer. So it is feasible that we go into next season with our key players retained - and others arriving to enhance. There are two other key things that put us in really good shape for next...

    We NEED to appeal that.

What baffles with me is that even by their own graphic I can’t see that it’s offside. If it was an argument about “spirit of the rule” etc I’d say you’ve just what to take it in the chin but I can’t see how Wright is off.

    Has anyone mentioned

Never seen a players toenail mentioned so much.

    Summer transfer/squad plans 2024

Pretty much agree with the opening post in terms of what we need. I’ve also come to the conclusion over the last 2-3 months that Latibeaudiere is too much of a weak link. I’d retain him but if Binks doesn’t return I think we’ll need 2 CB. I wouldn’t be surprised if we get some serious interest...

    Kitching and Thomas

Maybe so. I’d still have started him today.

    So proud

United fans really poor - but most have no real affiliation. The contrast was stark

    Kitching and Thomas

Why are we so quick to criticise and write off our players. This season will have been a massive learning for Kitching and Thomas. They may well be mainstays for us for a long time.

Great day. Great game. Great performance. What else can you say.

Here we go! Huge excitement. The suns out. As Sky Blues let’s really enjoy the day. Anything else is a bonus.

    Next years budget

How can the argument be made that if we don’t invest we won’t be pushing for promotion. If you assume Godden, Kelly and O’Hare go then we’re in no different position to this year really. And we’ve been in the play off mix. Next year we won’t have to settle so many key players in. Mason-Clark is...

    Next years budget

I suspect we may be in for quite an exciting summer. King is a businessman. Current squad = touching distance of prem. I think he’ll try and get it over the line.

Player of the season so far?

Has to be Kitching for me. Not only is he our best defender but he’s now started adding goals to his game.

    Callum O'Hare

I think I’ve missed the EFL rule that states we must play either O’Hare or Palmer. Not sure why the discussion has polarised as one v the other. We can play both / neither / half and half. O’Hare is off so whether he’s better than Palmer or not is becoming less relevant by the day.

    Transfer targets

Don’t think we need to prioritise CH. Kitching will be a top notch player in time and we just slot Thomas/Binks/Lati in there with him. If you’re looking for poor value for money the championship is the place - you’ll normally get someone at the level you already have at an inflated price...

I think we’ll see Wilson at the weekend

    Callum O'Hare

Really? He has the positional sense of a gnat. See past the odd decent goal and he’s a liability - one we should look to exploit.
