    Quiz question

Everyone is familiar with the times Chelsea and Tottenham had to wear our away kit in league matches in 96/97 and 86/87. But does anybody remember the game in which Oggy wore the opposition’s shirt?

WC of CCFC Kits (Group H)

I think the crappy betting sponsor going across the tramlines takes a bit away from the shirt too. Its close to being a superb kit.

WC of CCFC Kits (Group F)

The tightest group of all by far. 96/97 take it with 99/00 pipping 74/75 to 2nd place by the barest of margins. By the barest of all margins.

WC of CCFC Kits (Group H)

This is the first group where I genuinely don't like any of them. Despite my dislike of stripes I might go for 15/16 as it was the kit worn when my girls were mascots for the first time. Quite liked the material on that shirt.

WC of CCFC Kits (Group F)

Group F is still on a knife edge. Any 2 from 3 could still make it through. Polling ends tomorrow morning so get your vote in if you haven’t already.

WC of CCFC Shirts (Group E)

24/25 are easy group winners defying the critics of their white shorts. 81-83 also ease into the hat. Tougher tests lay in wait for both.

Somebody has voted for 16/17! I repeat, somebody has voted for 16/17! There really are some sick fucks out there.

Cheers. I'm sure I'll be bored enough to crack on with this before the new season starts.

Top Moments in the Footballing Wilderness

Yeah that and the Crewe game that others have mentioned. Tranmere barely got the ball outside of their defensive third and then won it with their first attack with about 5 mins to go. You just have to smile and move on when stuff like that happens. Not me, I sulked like a child all week.

WC of CCFC Kits (Group F)

It’s difficult to get decent images of all the away kits but I’ll definitely look into it.

WC of CCFC Shirts (Group E)

It’s a kit competition! Typo in the group E header, all the others say kit. My bad.

WC of CCFC Kits (Group F)

A proper three way battle going on here. Lovely stuff.

Players names you regret having on the back of your Coventry shirt

Dublin on my 98/99 shirt. Took my mum days to steam off his name when the bastard left. Thanks mum! 🙏

Ha nice typo by me which seems to only have happened for group E

WC of CCFC Kits (Group F)

Well before my time but the 70s shirt is as iconic as both the egg timer and the 60s shirt for me. I was never a fan of the first Le Coq shirt but I know its very popular amongst fans. Memories of Robbie Keane burn strong for 99/00. I think we could be in for an interesting 3 way battle here...

WC of CCFC Kits (Group D)

The simple beauty of 69-72 was a winner with fans and romps to victory in Group D. A battle for the ages between 89-91 and 94-96 ultimately saw the stripey Asics number squeeze into the knock-outs by just 2 votes.
